About the role
Pinnacle Group is hiring a Bulk Operative to help maintain clean, hygienic and safe neighbourhood environments. The role sits within the Facilities Management team, based in Orpington, and involves working across multiple sites in the Kent area.
You will support bulk waste removal across residential and housing locations, taking collected items to approved disposal points. The position requires someone who is dependable, thorough and committed to doing high-quality work in line with community standards.
This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week, with working hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
A full UK driving licence is required.

What you'll be doing
- Removing bulk waste from managed locations within the required timeframes.
- Following the daily work plan to collect bulk waste and household items from PFI-managed estates.
- Operating the company vehicle and completing daily vehicle checks.
- Transporting collected waste to the approved disposal sites.
- Keeping accurate daily logs of the types of waste collected.
- Supporting cleaning and deep-cleaning tasks whenever needed.
