Role overview
Multiple driver vacancies are available in Burleigh for experienced Building & Demolition Truck Drivers. This opportunity is suited to a driver who values safety, reliability, and working with a company that invests in its people.
Key responsibilities
- Transport building and demolition waste while following environmental and safety standards.
- Drive and look after company trucks professionally, with care and courtesy toward customers.
- Complete daily vehicle checks before and after each shift.
- Carry out minor vehicle upkeep when necessary.
- Observe driving-hour limits and fatigue management rules.
- Record and report incidents, including accidents and near misses.
What you need
- A current NSW HR licence.
- At least 12 months of truck driving experience; experience with front lift trucks or in commercial waste is preferred.
- Full legal working rights in Australia.
- A clean and current driving history.
- Good communication and customer service ability.
- A dependable, adaptable, safety-first approach with a positive attitude.
- Capability to complete a medical assessment.
