Role overview
Altak Group Inc. is hiring a part-time Brand Strategist in the United States. This role focuses on building brand presence, sharpening positioning, and accelerating audience growth through social-first content, community building, and data-led experimentation in a startup setting.
Brand and growth strategy
- Define and refine the brand’s voice, market positioning, and social media identity while supporting broader audience growth, engagement, and awareness goals.
Content strategy and execution
- Plan and run content calendars, short-form assets, campaign content, captions, and storytelling-led posts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
- Observe platform trends, track competitor activity, and identify new opportunities, then use performance data to improve content results.
Influencer and community growth
- Find, approach, and coordinate with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors to widen reach and deepen community interaction.
Analytics and performance
- Measure engagement, audience growth, campaign outcomes, and social media performance metrics, and use those insights to strengthen future strategy.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Work closely with leadership and product teams to contribute to launches, growth initiatives, and brand-building work in a fast-moving startup environment.
Requirements
- At least 3–6+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, brand marketing, growth marketing, or influencer marketing.
- Hands-on experience creating and managing content for major social platforms.
- Strong understanding of audience engagement, short-form content, viral trends, and social growth tactics.
- Experience with influencer campaigns, social analytics, and paid social media efforts.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, creativity, and execution abilities.
Preferred skills
- Demonstrated success in growing social accounts organically.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing.
- Interest in AI, technology, automotive, SaaS, or startup environments.
