About the role
Lega Nova Group is seeking a brand-focused professional with a sharp eye for detail and a creative approach to help build a stronger market presence. In this full-time, ongoing W-2 position, you will contribute to brand growth by supporting strategy, keeping messaging consistent, and helping improve awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty across channels.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in shaping and rolling out brand strategies and campaign plans
- Keep brand communication consistent across digital, print, and face-to-face touchpoints
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams on brand-focused initiatives
- Help prepare and review marketing collateral to ensure it matches brand standards
- Track brand performance and review how campaigns are performing
- Carry out market research to spot trends and understand the competitive landscape
- Maintain brand assets, reference materials, guidelines, and related documentation
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a closely related field is preferred. The role calls for 1–3 years of experience in marketing, branding, or similar work, and internship experience can be counted. Candidates should bring a solid grasp of branding fundamentals and marketing concepts, strong communication skills, a creative yet detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to handle several priorities while meeting deadlines. Familiarity with marketing platforms, social media, and basic analytics is also expected.
