About the Role

Omelet, a distinguished independent creative agency with a dynamic client portfolio, is seeking a proactive and versatile Brand Manager for its Hollywood, CA headquarters. This hybrid role requires two days per week in the office. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with strong business acumen, emotional intelligence, and a calm demeanor, essential for guiding client brands and projects. The brand management role at Omelet is integral to all project phases, from strategic planning and financial oversight to creative development and client relations. The primary objective is to motivate and support the Omelet team in delivering exceptional creative work, adhering to timelines and budgets.

General Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary daily contact for clients, facilitating communication between external clients and internal agency teams.
  • Ensure client feedback is effectively processed and client expectations are met by accurately interpreting and relaying feedback to internal departments.
  • Partner with creative, strategy, and production teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns from initial brief to final launch.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify business needs and objectives, develop tailored strategies, and implement programs to achieve their goals.
  • Independently manage project budgets and meticulously track expenditures.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail to guarantee accuracy and timely delivery of all client-facing materials.
  • Stay informed about current industry and cultural trends.
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset focused on driving business growth.

Requirements

  • Possess 3-5 years of experience in brand management within a full-service advertising, marketing, or entertainment agency setting.
  • Demonstrate a proven history of successfully building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Have at least one year of experience serving as the primary client contact for a specific project.
  • Exhibit the ability to independently provide client feedback consistently with minimal supervision.
  • Show experience in developing and constructing Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Be proficient in writing assignment briefs and leading briefing sessions.
  • Effectively manage numerous tasks across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a capacity to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Be a proactive and strategic thinker.

Additional Information

This role is based in Los Angeles, CA, with a hybrid work model requiring 2 days per week in the office.
