This opportunity is with a growing FMCG business in Dublin that is looking to add a Brand Manager to its team. The position is focused on end-to-end marketing delivery, with responsibility for building effective communications and brand activity that helps accelerate growth across Ireland and the UK. A background in food marketing is essential for consideration.

The role is broad and hands-on, covering a full marketing remit rather than a narrow specialist function. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team and wider stakeholders to deliver campaigns, manage brand activity and support ongoing commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

You will support the Marketing Manager in executing marketing plans across foodservice and retail channels. The role also includes managing the production of marketing assets such as POS materials, advertisements, presentations and packaging, as well as coordinating product photography and video content with external agencies where needed. You will help deliver trade marketing activity, respond to requests from the sales team and assist with the planning and delivery of industry events and trade shows.

Requirements

Applicants should have a third-level qualification in marketing or a closely related discipline. You must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, with proven food marketing or brand marketing experience. Strong digital marketing exposure, excellent attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and solid organisational and project management capability are all important. A creative approach and energetic mindset would be well suited to this role.
