Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, Marketing, the person in this role will work closely with Sales, Innovation, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Demand Planning, Creative, and Shopper Marketing to build channel-specific strategies and bring them to life. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, a strong bias for action, solid commercial judgment, and comfort operating in fast-moving retail environments.

What you will own

  • Shape and execute brand plans at the channel level, including launches and coordinated cross-functional delivery aligned to broader brand and business goals.
  • Create marketing plans tailored to club shoppers that encourage first-time purchase, repeat purchase, and long-term loyalty.
  • Guide innovation, line extensions, and packaging work for club formats, alternative channels, and ecommerce, including multi-packs, larger value packs, and seasonal programs.
  • Hold accountability for the P&L of club SKUs and partner with Finance to build forecasts that support revenue, margin, and trade goals.
  • Review POS, shipment, and member data to support business decisions and identify trends.
  • Work with Sales on promotions, item setup, and annual business review preparation.
  • Track competitor activity and recommend responses when needed.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Demand Planning to maintain supply and service levels for club customers.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through launches, product updates, and seasonal activations.
  • Collaborate with Creative and Shopper Marketing to deliver strong packaging and in-club materials that stay on brand.
  • Use shopper behavior, member demographics, and insight data to uncover whitespace and improve pack architecture.
  • Translate consumer and shopper insights into practical go-to-market plans.
  • Manage commercialization end to end, including business cases, concept testing, packaging development, and post-launch review.
  • Adjust core brand positioning to fit the needs of club shoppers and retail partners.
  • Identify opportunities for exclusive channel SKUs or formats and help manage the club, alternative channel, and ecommerce pipeline.

What you should bring

  • A bachelor’s degree is required; a background in Marketing, Innovation, or Business is preferred, and an MBA is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of relevant brand management experience in the CPG industry.
  • Strong ability to prioritize work, manage deadlines, and adapt when plans change.
  • Deep understanding of the club retail model, including rotation timing, pallet setup, pricing, and margin structure.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and handling multiple projects at once.
  • An entrepreneurial, outcome-driven mindset.
  • High proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Working knowledge of Outlook, Slack, Monday.com, and similar workplace tools.
  • A proactive, self-directed approach with urgency and accountability.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment that changes frequently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a calm, practical approach under pressure.
  • A collaborative style and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Willingness to learn quickly and take direction.
  • Genuine interest in improving childhood nutrition and supporting a healthier planet.
  • Up to 10% travel may be required, including occasional company or department gatherings a few times per year.
  • Previous collaboration between Sustainability and Marketing is preferred.
  • Applicants must live in the United States.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
