About the Company

Baazeem focuses on building and scaling its own private label portfolio through strong brand direction, product innovation, market growth, and commercial results. The environment is collaborative, with an emphasis on teamwork and fresh ideas.

Role Overview

As Brand Manager, you will lead the development and expansion of Baazeem’s private brands. You’ll work across Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Product Development to strengthen brand value, grow market share, and support business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement annual brand plans and business strategies for the company’s private brands.
  • Spot growth opportunities using market research, shopper insights, and competitor analysis.
  • Oversee the brand portfolio, covering assortment, pricing, packaging, and market positioning.
  • Drive new product initiatives from the idea stage through to launch.
  • Partner with sales teams to improve distribution, shelf presence, and revenue performance.
  • Design promotional and activation plans that help brands grow across channels.
  • Track sales, margin, market share, and customer feedback to support ongoing improvement.
  • Work with suppliers, designers, and internal teams to maintain brand consistency and deliver successful launches.
  • Manage marketing spend and assess campaign impact and return on investment.
  • Carry out regular market visits to review execution quality and identify opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly business updates and strategic recommendations for management.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Brand Management, Category Management, Trade Marketing, or FMCG marketing is required.
  • Experience handling food, beverage, or other FMCG brands is strongly preferred.
  • Commercial awareness and strong analytical thinking are important for this role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management abilities are needed.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is expected.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
