Role overview

QRxLabs is a growing skincare label focused on science-led, ingredient-driven solutions that help people across ages and lifestyles achieve clear, visible results from home. The brand is part of Lyra, a collective of personal care and family-focused brands.

This position is based in New York City and follows a flexible hybrid schedule. Team members are expected to work onsite on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Oversee the day-to-day brand business across Amazon and other third-party marketplaces, with a focus on growing market share and building repeatable, profitable performance.
  • Own profit and loss management, with responsibility for improving revenue performance and margin expansion.
  • Handle unit economics reviews, forecasting, opportunity sizing, capital allocation planning, and budget allocation recommendations.
  • Develop and execute pricing and promotional plans that improve revenue, margins, and conversion across channels.
  • Lead new product development from early concept through launch.
  • Set the brand’s positioning and long-term direction, including identity, voice, and storytelling.
  • Perform market research, category analysis, and trend tracking to inform strategy and keep the brand competitive.
  • Own merchandising direction and overall brand strategy.
  • Partner with Operations to monitor inventory levels and forecast demand.
  • Work with brand and company leadership to define and update business goals.

What we’re looking for

  • 6 to 8+ years of experience managing brands on Amazon marketplaces, including Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
  • Hands-on experience owning P&L, with a history of improving both top-line growth and margins.
  • Strong analytical ability with a track record of using data to lift revenue and conversion, including advanced Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools.
  • A digital-first operator who understands connected functions such as performance marketing, operations, and financial planning.
  • A resourceful, practical problem-solver.
