Job description
Role overview
This is a remote W2 contract opportunity for a Visual Designer supporting a global e-learning platform that helps advertisers build the skills needed to run successful campaigns on the platform. You will work with a cross-functional group of designers, writers, strategists, instructional designers, and marketers to shape the visual presentation of the program and keep the design system organized.
What you’ll do
- Help launch and refine the program’s visual identity across learning content, product touchpoints, marketing materials, and business communications.
- Create, test, and improve assets such as resources, guides, and templates that make it easier for the team to produce polished brand experiences.
- Work quickly through iterations, share ideas clearly with the team, and respond well to feedback while also contributing constructive input to others’ work.
- Produce design deliverables for defined tasks, taking them from early concepts through final artwork-ready files.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in visual design, ideally covering the full design process from concept through delivery.
- Strong command of design software, with solid fluency in Figma and working knowledge of Photoshop.
- Fundamental familiarity with Adobe After Effects, including the ability to make basic edits and simple animations; stronger motion design ability is a plus.
- Interest in building design systems, standards, and templates that deliver strong results through simple solutions.
- Good eye for craft and composition, including imagery, typography, iconography, and color.
- Comfortable collaborating with others and explaining design choices clearly in both written and spoken communication.
- Able to manage work across multiple projects at the same time.
