Role overview

This position is for a Senior Brand Designer on the Roundglass Design Team. The role is responsible for helping define and advance the visual identity across multiple brands, initiatives, and experiences. Work spans brand systems, integrated campaigns, event and stadium visuals, social content, publications, music-related creative, and sports activations. Success in this role depends on strong visual craft, strategic problem-solving, close attention to detail, and the ability to turn business goals into memorable brand experiences.

Key responsibilities

  • Create polished brand assets that reinforce visual identity across digital, print, social, experiential, and marketing touchpoints, while working closely with cross-functional teams on a wide variety of deliverables such as brand guidelines, annual reports, publications, event and stadium branding, email campaigns, social posts, music-related creative, and marketing communications.
  • Convert business and marketing goals into clear creative concepts and design solutions that encourage engagement and support brand objectives.
  • Help build and improve scalable brand systems, templates, and design standards so the Roundglass ecosystem stays consistent.
  • Own projects from initial idea through final execution, managing creative quality alongside deadlines, budgets, stakeholder input, and business priorities.
  • Share design ideas with stakeholders, explain the thinking behind creative decisions, and refine work based on feedback while preserving a high design standard.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in design, visual communication, or an equivalent level of professional experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience in brand, marketing, and communications design across both print and digital formats.
  • A portfolio that shows strong brand identity work, campaign development, visual storytelling, and marketing communications.
  • Experience developing, maintaining, and applying brand systems, visual identities, and design guidelines.
  • Background creating assets for multiple channels, including social media, email, events, presentations, reports, and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects, as well as Figma.
  • Solid understanding of typography, layout, color, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
  • Clear verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle several projects at once while meeting deadlines and keeping quality high.
  • Experience working with cross-functional partners such as marketing, product, events, and leadership teams.
  • Experience producing annual reports, brochures, and other long-form communications.
  • Experience creating scalable design systems and asset libraries.
  • Prior work in a startup, agency, or similarly fast-moving creative environment.

Preferred experience

  • Experience in consumer brands, wellness, lifestyle, sports, entertainment, or mission-driven organizations.
  • Motion graphics or animation experience.
  • Experience with large-scale event and experiential branding.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and newer design technologies.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles.
  • Illustration ability.

Compensation and benefits

The expected salary range for this role is between $120,000 and $150,000. Final compensation will depend on level, role-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Some positions may also qualify for a bonus incentive as part of the total pay package.

Roundglass provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes 9 federal holidays plus 1 floating holiday, 3 days of bereavement leave, 2 days of jury duty leave, medical, dental, and vision coverage with PPO and HSA plans plus employer contribution, employee assistance programs through CIGNA and Standard, pet insurance, employer-paid basic life, long-term disability, and short-term disability coverage, a 401(k) plan with a maximum employer match of $5,000.00, and PTO starting at 120 hours and increasing with years of service.
