Job description
About the Organization
Unrivaled is a top-tier professional women’s 3v3 basketball league featuring elite talent from across the sport. The league’s purpose is to raise the visibility of women’s basketball through standout athletic performance, innovative partnerships, and memorable fan-facing experiences.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Brand Coordinator to help shape and deliver brand initiatives that connect Unrivaled with fans, partners, and players throughout the season’s biggest moments.
This position sits at the crossroads of league showcase moments, brand partnership execution, and campaign delivery. The coordinator will help ensure Unrivaled’s presence is felt across major moments, partner obligations, and tune-in and promotional efforts that support fan engagement all season long.
League Tentpoles and Game Experience
- Assist with planning and execution of experiential marketing activities such as fan activations, theme nights, club nights, and other events that make the brand tangible for audiences.
- Help coordinate tentpole league events and game-day experiences by handling logistics, schedules, vendor communication, and on-site support.
- Keep event files, activation schedules, logistics notes, and post-event summaries well organized across all programs.
- Work closely with operations, partnerships, and creative teams so each activation reflects the brand’s voice and values.
Brand Collaborations
- Deliver brand partnership commitments by tracking deliverables, coordinating content and assets, and making sure obligations are completed on time and to the expected standard.
- Act as a daily contact for brand partners, keeping communication smooth, identifying risks early, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Prepare clear post-campaign recaps that explain what performed well, what did not, and what can be improved for the next season.
Campaign Execution
- Oversee campaign delivery throughout the season by managing projects, timelines, and cross-functional coordination across marketing and other teams.
- Support partner creative review and help ensure broadcast-related campaign assets are completed and delivered on schedule.
- Monitor campaign results and share insights that can guide future planning and optimization.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has 2 to 4 years of experience in experiential marketing, event coordination, brand partnerships, campaign management, or a similar area. They should be comfortable juggling several projects and outside relationships at once while staying sharp on deadlines and details. Prior on-site event experience is important, especially in fast-paced, high-visibility settings. Strong relationship-building skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a highly organized, self-motivated working style are essential. A collaborative, solution-focused mindset is also important for success in this role.
It is a plus to have experience in sports, entertainment, or women’s sports, as well as existing connections in the brand partnerships or creator space.
What We Offer
- A competitive compensation package with benefits that include a 401(k) plan with company match, unlimited paid time off, and a generous medical subsidy for employees and their spouses or qualified domestic partners.
- The chance to work closely with experienced professionals across the industry.
- A fast-moving, collaborative workplace environment.
