  • Work closely with marketing, creative, and client service teams to deliver coordinated campaigns and a consistent brand presence.
  • Oversee several client assignments at once while meeting deadlines, quality expectations, and strategic targets.
  • Keep stakeholders informed with timely updates on progress, risks, issues, and recommended next actions.
  • Adjust tone, style, and content approach for different sectors, audiences, and brand personalities.
  • Contribute to wider marketing efforts by producing content that deepens customer relationships and improves brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience creating brand messaging systems, voice and tone guides, and content strategies.
  • A strong portfolio showing work across website copy, email campaigns, blog articles, and social media content.
  • Prior experience managing content work for multiple brands, clients, or industries.
  • Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling ability, with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a team setting.
  • Familiarity with productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, CRM systems, or similar software.
  • Experience with the EOS Model™ is mandatory.
  • Ability to quickly learn new industries and turn complex ideas into clear, engaging messaging.
  • A proactive, improvement-focused mindset with solid problem-solving skills.

Benefits

  • Fully remote work with permanent work-from-home flexibility.
  • Company-issued equipment and support for a secondary Wi-Fi modem.
  • 21 leave credits available starting on the first day.
  • Unused leave credits are convertible at 100%.
  • Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage from day one.
  • 13th month pay.
  • Monthly gift vouchers.
  • Milestone recognition for birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays.
  • Employee engagement activities such as team events, celebrations, and virtual community programs.
  • A supportive, people-first environment with opportunities to learn, grow, and develop professionally.
  • Chance to work with US-based clients and international teams.
  • Full-time Monday to Friday schedule on EST night shift hours.
