Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, inventive, and culturally in-tune Brand Content Manager to partner closely with the Founder and Creative Director. This position spans social media, campaign work, ecommerce, and broader brand marketing efforts.

The role is highly collaborative and suits someone who enjoys balancing creative thinking with hands-on execution. You will help shape how Miss Circle appears across social channels, ecommerce, campaigns, events, and everyday brand activity.

The right person will be deeply engaged with social media and digital culture, have a strong instinct for fashion-led content, and be comfortable turning ideas into polished output. You will work directly with the Founder to coordinate projects, organize content, and keep the brand consistent at every customer interaction.

This role is best suited to someone who can go beyond spotting trends and instead transform them into content that feels genuinely aligned with the brand identity.

Content and Social Media

  • Oversee and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other developing digital platforms.
  • Build content calendars and coordinate the production process.
  • Film and edit short-form content for social use.
  • Track trends and shape them into content ideas that fit the brand.
  • Contribute to content creation for campaigns, photoshoots, events, and product launches.
  • Partner with PR, Creative, Brand, and Support teams on influencer and partnership activity, including sourcing and amplifying content from collaborators.

Campaigns and Brand Marketing

  • Assist with planning and delivering campaigns from concept to launch.
  • Organize photoshoots, production workflows, and marketing materials.
  • Support seasonal launches, brand activations, and special projects.
  • Help update the homepage, launch collections, create email content, and support promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure product storytelling remains aligned across all customer touchpoints.

Community and Brand Storytelling

  • Develop content centered on the Founder, the brand’s journey, and behind-the-scenes moments.
  • Turn everyday brand activity into compelling content opportunities.
  • Communicate the lifestyle, culture, and personality that define Miss Circle.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with 2 to 4 years of experience in content, brand marketing, social media, or ecommerce. A strong grasp of fashion, social media, and digital culture is essential, along with hands-on ability in shooting and editing short-form video and photography using an iPhone and basic apps or tools.

Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Later, Planoly, or native platform editors will be important. You should also understand influencer marketing, UGC, and brand advocacy approaches.

The ideal candidate brings excellent organization and project management skills, together with strong written and visual storytelling ability. Prior experience creating content for social platforms is required, and you should be comfortable working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment. Being proactive, resourceful, and detail-focused is key.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position based in New York City, SoHo, with an annual salary range of $64,000 to $68,000.

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or a related field is required. Experience in fashion, wellness, or lifestyle-focused brands is considered an advantage.
