The hiring is for direct sales roles under the Prime Housing segment across multiple cities including Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Ghaziabad, Gurugram, Meerut, Noida, Chennai, Vijayawada, Boisar, Chinchwad, Hadapsar, Hinjewadi, Kalyan, Vasai, and Virar.

Role Overview

This position focuses on leading branch-level sales for Prime Home Loans. The selected candidate will manage sales execution at the branch, drive strategy, and ensure achievement of revenue and business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a sales plan that supports branch-level and organizational targets through strong market relationships.
  • Maintain regular and proactive contact with important customers as per business needs.
  • Build and lead a team of five sales executives.
  • Partner with the sales team to assess the organization’s profitability.
  • Coordinate action plans for individual sales executives and track progress.
  • Monitor team performance and activity on a regular basis to improve effectiveness.
  • Boost output by motivating, guiding, and enabling team members.
  • Set clear goals for the team and provide continuous feedback and support.
  • Follow company policies, internal procedures, and compliance requirements at all times.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant should have experience in home loans, team leadership ability, and a working understanding of regulatory requirements linked to home loan products.

Additional Job Details

The role involves supervising a team of 2 to 3 Sales Executives or DSTs. The average ticket size is between 25 lakhs and 50 crores, and the ROI mentioned for the product is 8.8%.
