Role and Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets across the branches within the assigned territorial jurisdiction.
- Generate new customer leads via branch channels, focusing on growth and business development.
- Possess expertise in serving rural markets and the affordable home loan segment.
- Ensure loan disbursements align with the defined business plan objectives.
- Provide comprehensive customer assistance and educate clients about various loan products.
- Promote cross-selling opportunities to both existing and prospective clients.
