Job description
Role Overview
The position available is Branch Gold Loan Executive internship for a period of 6 months at a branch convenient to your residence, typically within a 5 to 10 km radius. This internship provides a stipend ranging from ₹12,300 to ₹14,000 per month. Upon successful completion, you become eligible for promotion to Junior Relationship Executive with a full-time annual salary package ranging between ₹2.50 lakh to ₹2.92 lakh, with potential to reach up to ₹3.00 lakh including performance bonuses and branch incentives.
Eligibility and Candidate Profile
- Graduates of any discipline from the batches of 2023 to 2026 are invited to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in the local or regional language are essential.
- A friendly, customer-oriented demeanor is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily gold loan operations including administrative data entry and backend follow-ups.
- Address customer inquiries and foster positive relationships with clients.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives by helping identify new clients, retaining current ones, and assisting in local promotional activities through in-house communications.
