Job description
Role Overview
We are searching for a dynamic BPO Telecaller to join our outbound voice process team based in Sakinaka, Mumbai. This role involves reaching out to potential customers to promote banking products and services, requiring clear communication and persuasive skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Provide detailed explanations about various banking products and services.
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Accurately maintain customer records and update databases.
Candidate Requirements
- Must possess a graduation degree.
- Open to freshers as well as candidates with prior experience.
- Proficient communication abilities in both English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations is essential.
Additional Details
- Working hours are from 9:45 AM to 6:45/7:00 PM (day shift only).
- Work schedule is Monday through Saturday, with Sundays off.
- Location: Sakinaka, Mumbai.
- Salary range is fixed between 14,000 to 18,000 INR per month plus incentives based on performance.
