We are searching for a skilled and enthusiastic Boardroom Attendant to serve a prestigious corporate client located in Melbourne's CBD. This role calls for an individual experienced in elite hospitality settings who values delivering impeccable service in a refined corporate environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding service in boardrooms, meeting rooms, and fine dining setups.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food, beverages, and expertly crafted coffee as a competent barista.
  • Arrange and reset meeting spaces to meet high standards of presentation.
  • Ensure all boardrooms, kitchens, and service zones remain immaculate.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service by proactively anticipating and fulfilling client needs.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in boardroom service, fine dining, luxury hospitality, or prestige corporate hospitality sectors.
  • Barista proficiency with proven ability to offer premium food and drink service.
  • Strong communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain composure and deliver superior service in a fast-paced setting.
  • Highly attentive, detail-oriented, and a dedicated team collaborator.

Requirements and Conditions

  • Must possess Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or unrestricted Australian work rights.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment medical checks, including drug and alcohol screening and National Police Check.
  • Availability for a rotating schedule between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
