Overview
The Board of Directors is responsible for providing governance, fiduciary oversight, and strategic guidance to ensure the enduring success and meaningful impact of Generation Fearless.
Board Member Expectations
- Candidates should offer expertise, connections, or relevant lived experience that aligns with the nonprofit's mission.
- Members must actively participate in governance, fundraising, and strategic planning activities.
- Board members serve as representatives and advocates for Generation Fearless within their communities and professional networks.
Additional Requirements
Geographical presence within the tri-state area is mandatory to enable attendance at in-person signature events and important organizational gatherings in the home state.
The board convenes a minimum of four times annually, utilizing both in-person meetings and virtual sessions via Zoom.
