Role overview

The organization is seeking a Biology PhD Expert to support scientific evaluation work across biology, chemistry, and translational research. The position is remote and paid on an hourly basis.

What you will do

• Assess the technical strength and scientific logic of work spanning biology, chemistry, and translational research.
• Review outputs produced through discovery-oriented and applied-science workflows.
• Share clear, structured feedback that raises the quality and rigor of the research.
• Work with other subject matter experts to keep datasets consistent, accurate, and relevant.
• Operate independently in an asynchronous setup while meeting deadlines and helping improve AI model performance.

Required qualifications

Applicants should hold a PhD in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Computational Biology, Translational Science, or a closely related field. A strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals is required, along with at least 2 years of industry experience in biotech, pharma, or a similar R&D environment. Strong analytical judgment and scientific communication abilities are also expected.

Preferred profile

Priority is given to candidates with 4 or more years of industry experience and those based in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, or Europe.
