About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Biology Expert to contribute to the training of advanced AI systems. In this remote contractor role, your deep understanding of biological concepts will be crucial in shaping how AI models learn and perform. No prior AI experience is necessary; your subject matter expertise is the key qualification.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Possess at least two years of professional experience in biology, gained through academic research, laboratory work, or relevant industry positions.
• Exhibit a proven capacity to analyze and synthesize complex biological information from various origins.
• Demonstrate strong English communication abilities, both written and verbal, emphasizing clarity and precision.
• Show excellent reading comprehension, particularly in understanding scientific and technical literature.
• Have experience in developing or evaluating problem sets, evaluations, or scientific analyses.
• Be capable of working autonomously and productively in a remote setting.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and a dedication to data quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hold an advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Biology or a closely related discipline.
• Have prior experience working within multidisciplinary teams or participating in cross-functional initiatives.
• Be familiar with computational biology or data analysis methodologies.
