Job Description

Eurofins Viracor BioPharma Services is seeking a motivated Entry Level Scientist to join our expanding team. This role involves supporting critical research and development activities within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct experiments meticulously in accordance with established protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Execute necessary procedures efficiently to complete projects with minimal direct supervision.
• Prepare test solutions and animal diets precisely as directed.
• Perform dosing, necropsy, and other related procedures with accuracy.
• Administer doses, evaluate subject responses, conduct necropsies, and collect biological specimens (blood, urine, feces, tissue) following SOPs and protocols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all experimental activities, adhering to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Contribute to the preparation of research reports.
• Strictly adhere to all company safety regulations and requirements.
• Safely operate and wear a respirator as required by the role.

Qualifications

• Possess strong computational, scientific, and organizational abilities.
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrate the capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team, showcasing self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive demeanor.
• Show aptitude for learning new techniques, managing multiple tasks concurrently, maintaining precise records, following instructions, and complying with all company policies.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position operating Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Candidates residing within a commutable distance of South Brunswick, NJ are encouraged to apply. The hourly pay range is between $21 and $25, contingent upon relevant experience.
