We are looking for a seasoned BIM Manager to lead and support the development, implementation, and management of a successful Digital Project Delivery (DPD) strategy from the pre-contract phase through project execution and handover. This role is based at our head office in Citywest and is a permanent full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the pre-construction team in reviewing tender documentation, including Works Information and Employer’s Information Requirements (EIR), to define client BIM and digital expectations.
  • Conduct technical reviews of 3D BIM models during tender stages focusing on federation, engineering verification, clash detection, logistics, and cost oversight.
  • Contribute to the preparation and delivery of project-specific BIM Execution Plan (BEP), Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP), and Model Production and Delivery Table (MPDT), ensuring all internal and external stakeholders understand their roles.
  • Co-lead Digital Project Delivery kickoff meetings with the Information Manager to finalize the DPD approach with project management.
  • Mentor and support BIM Engineers as required to foster skill development and project success.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Demonstrated history of working on complex multi-disciplinary projects adhering to BIM Level 2 standards.
  • Strong expertise in BIM documentation processes is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit, project Common Data Environments such as Viewpoints or Dalux, Synchro Pro, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Lumion, and other rendering software.
  • A third-level degree in construction, computing or a related field is required.
