As a Billing Specialist at ShiftMed, you will support the Accounts Receivables department by ensuring billing and posting processes are accurate and timely, enhancing client satisfaction while refining business operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate, bill, and distribute weekly customer invoices.
• Apply payments and reconcile accounts receivable cash receipts.
• Investigate and resolve short payments and discrepancies.
• Handle client inquiries and provide necessary supporting documents.
• Manage billing disputes and issue credit memos appropriately.
• Update and maintain accounts receivable records and payment status.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity in accounts receivable and general ledger systems.
• Identify and contribute to improvements in billing workflows and processes.

Candidate Qualifications

• Strong ethical values promoting a positive, accountable, and cooperative work culture.
• Exceptional attention to detail with superior organization and time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and accounting software experience.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal abilities.

• Preferred knowledge of electronic payment management, lockbox services, and cash handling procedures.
