Job description

About Wynn Al Marjan Island

Wynn Al Marjan Island is an upscale beachfront resort destination planned for the United Arab Emirates in 2027. Set on a scenic island extending into the Arabian Gulf and located under 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, the resort is being developed with 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 dining and lounge venues, a theatre, a nightclub, and a five-star spa.

About the Role

The resort is looking for a Bell Attendant to join its front services team, supporting bell and door operations and delivering polished guest arrivals and departures.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome arriving guests and help unload luggage from vehicles.
  • Accompany guests to their rooms while pointing out key room features and resort facilities.
  • Manage luggage handling during arrivals, departures, and room changes.
  • Keep guest belongings secure in the luggage storage area and retrieve them when needed.
  • Coordinate transport needs and work closely with valet services.
  • Handle guest requests quickly, including deliveries and running errands.
  • Keep the bell desk and lobby areas tidy and well arranged.
  • Provide discreet, tailored support for VIP arrivals.
  • Deliver service that meets Forbes Five Star quality expectations.
  • Stay connected with the front desk, concierge, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Follow safety procedures and handle guest property carefully.

Candidate Profile

The preferred candidate has some background in bell services or another guest-facing hospitality role, along with strong communication and interpersonal abilities. The job requires physical stamina for lifting, walking, and standing for long periods, plus a professional presentation and a guest-first mindset. Fluency in English is needed, while additional languages are beneficial. Familiarity with local attractions and resort services will be an advantage. Experience with Forbes Travel Guide standards is also preferred.

Working Conditions

This is a flexible role that includes weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts. It is a physically active position and may involve working outdoors in changing weather conditions.

Benefits

The package includes an attractive salary paid in UAE Dirhams (AED), along with a strong leave policy, healthcare coverage, incentive programs, and other employee benefits.
