Job description
About the role
This position is for experienced quantitative professionals who want to contribute to training advanced AI systems. You will work with cutting-edge models on assignments such as reviewing AI-produced quantitative analysis, solving technical challenges, and sharing feedback that helps improve how the models handle data, modeling, and scientific reasoning.
The work is suitable for people whose experience comes from fields such as data science, astrophysics, economics, biostatistics, operations research, or other quantitative disciplines. If you are comfortable thinking deeply about data and analytical models, your background is relevant here. Some contributors do this alongside another full-time job, while others use it as their main work.
After creating an account, you will complete a brief assessment that acts as the selection step. Candidates who pass will receive confirmation by email, and paid tasks will then become available through the platform.
What makes this contract attractive
- You decide which projects to accept and when to work on them.
- The work can be done on your own schedule, from your personal computer, at home.
- Compensation starts at USD 50-100+ per hour, and some projects include additional bonus pay.
Responsibilities
Your work will focus on evaluating and improving quantitative AI outputs and related training tasks.
- Review AI-generated quantitative work for accuracy and practical validity, including statistical analysis, predictive modeling, scientific reasoning, and data-based conclusions.
- Create and solve quantitative problems that help train and benchmark AI systems in areas such as forecasting, experimental analysis, optimization, and statistical inference.
- Produce concise technical explanations and maintain clear, well-structured analytical code.
- Share feedback that helps refine the next generation of AI models for quantitative reasoning.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of practical experience in a quantitative job or research setting, such as data science, statistics, economics, finance, physics, biology, epidemiology, operations research, or a related area.
- Some coding ability is required, including comfort with writing and checking analytical code from start to finish.
- Hands-on experience with statistical techniques, predictive modeling, and experimental design, such as A/B testing, hypothesis testing, regression, classification, and time-series forecasting.
- Strong English skills at native or bilingual level, along with excellent writing ability.
- A bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline is preferred, such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar field; a master's degree or PhD is an advantage.
- Additional proof of expertise is a plus, including Kaggle rankings, AWS or GCP machine learning certifications, or similar credentials.
