Job Description

This role involves taking complete ownership of the Beauty category's Profit and Loss (P&L), ensuring all targets are met. You will be responsible for developing and executing a category strategy that aligns with overarching business goals. Key duties include building, mentoring, and enhancing a high-performing category team, managing their development and performance. Collaboration with local and regional teams is crucial for successful initiative execution. You will continuously monitor category trends and analyze both seller and buyer behaviors to inform strategic decisions. Furthermore, you will identify, cultivate, and expand strategic partnerships within the local market ecosystem.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field. A minimum of two years of experience with a leading strategy consulting firm is required. Prior experience in the beauty or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) category is advantageous. Essential skills include strong communication abilities, proficiency in managing senior stakeholders, robust qualitative and quantitative analytical capabilities, and sharp business acumen. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is also necessary.
