Position Overview

This role entails representing the brand by enhancing sales through exceptional customer service and a superior retail experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute operational tasks including store upkeep and maintaining visual merchandising standards under the direction of store management.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of various cosmetic products and accessories.
• Exhibit strong skills in makeup product sales.
• Recommend products tailored to individual customer needs.
• Identify customer requirements and consistently deliver top-tier service.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and maintain current product knowledge while minimizing inventory losses.
• Organize and display stock attractively according to standard layout guidelines.
• Maintain constant vigilance and adherence to security protocols within the store.
• Uphold impeccable housekeeping standards.
• Manage point-of-sale (POS) operations and billing activities.
• Greet customers warmly and assist them in choosing appropriate products.
• Maintain a presentable and well-groomed appearance at all times.
• Balance cash at the beginning and end of shifts accurately.
• Handle payment processing through multiple modes including cash, credit cards, vouchers, and automatic debits.
• Provide accurate receipts, refunds, and change to customers.
• Convert casual browsers into committed buyers effectively.
• Support promotion of the company's Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat purchases.
• Be adaptable to work extended hours during sales peaks and festive seasons.
• Document inventory movements meticulously, maintaining accurate reports.
• Stay informed about the group’s various brands to offer suggestive selling opportunities.
