Role overview
As a Beauty Advisor with Sally Beauty in Syracuse, NY, you will be part of a major beauty supply retailer focused on helping customers express themselves through hair and beauty. The role centers on delivering a positive, memorable shopping experience while guiding shoppers across hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails.
What you will do
- Create a welcoming experience that encourages customer loyalty and repeat visits.
- Suggest related and complementary products based on customer needs.
- Share information about active promotions, campaigns, and store events.
- Set up promotional signage and merchandise displays to support sales activity.
- Make sure customers know about the loyalty program and are enrolled where appropriate.

Physical requirements and working conditions
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, including while on a ladder when needed, with or without accommodation.
