Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality beauty treatments such as facials, clean-ups, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, and other salon services at customers' residences.
• Uphold hygiene and safety protocols consistently during all service appointments.
• Ensure professional behavior and deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Manage your scheduling and service availability through the designated partner application.
• Participate in refresher courses and training sessions as needed to maintain standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Open exclusively to female applicants.
• Welcoming freshers with beauty academy certifications as well as seasoned beauticians.
• A strong passion for beauty care and customer service excellence.
• Effective communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Consent to complete Urban Company's screening process and professional training.

Compensation and Benefits

• Stable monthly earnings ranging between ₹45,000 to ₹50,000 with further incentives and commissions.
