Role Overview
The Beat Trainer role involves the design and implementation of sales training programs primarily for the telecom sector across locations like Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, and Hyderabad. The key focus is on preparing comprehensive training schedules, delivering high-quality instructional sessions, and coaching on-the-job sales teams regarding telecom products and sales processes.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop training calendars and plans, securing business approvals prior to execution.
- Deliver formal sales training sessions and provide on-the-job coaching focused on telecom products and sales methodologies.
- Maintain high standards of training quality to ensure impactful learning experiences.
- Conduct thorough evaluations to measure the effectiveness and outcomes of training initiatives.
- Offer constructive feedback and ongoing coaching support to trainees as needed.
- Participate in zonal review meetings and present detailed performance reports.
- Ensure full compliance with reporting requirements and internal procedural standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum educational qualification of any graduate degree.
- At least eight years of total experience in sales and sales training roles, preferably within the telecom field.
- A minimum of two years’ hands-on sales experience is required.
- Five or more years of telecom sales training experience, including knowledge of Internet leased lines, broadband, and postpaid data services.
- Preference is given to candidates with enterprise sales training experience in the telecom sector.
- Candidates with broadband industry expertise will be favored.
