Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, including equipment and supplies.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and service protocols.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a barista or in a comparable customer-facing role is advantageous.
• Familiarity with different coffee beans, brewing techniques, and coffee-making machinery.
• A genuine commitment to meeting guest needs in a dynamic setting.
• Excellent verbal communication abilities.
