In this role, you’ll contribute to a fast-moving store environment where customer connection, quality drink and food preparation, and dependable service all matter. What you’ll do

• Greet customers warmly, understand what they need, and respond clearly and pleasantly.
• Prepare beverages and food items according to standard recipes or customer-specific modifications, including changes in temperature, quantity, or ingredients.
• Follow store policies and standards related to product quality, cash handling, safety, and security.
• Move between different store tasks throughout each shift as needed.
• Help create a positive store atmosphere through friendly service and attention to detail.

Working schedule

This is a part-time, onsite role in Syracuse, NY. Availability should be flexible and may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays. Consistent attendance and punctuality are expected, with or without reasonable accommodation.
