Role overview
Cobra Coffee is hiring a Barista to help deliver the Starbucks experience in Crawley. In this role, you will serve high-quality drinks and food, create warm customer interactions, and contribute to a welcoming store environment. What you’ll do
- Prepare beverages, whole bean coffee, and food items to the required recipe and presentation standards.
- Support daily store operations such as opening and closing duties, cash handling, and safety and security processes.
- Step in to assist team members during busy periods so the store continues to run smoothly.
- Look ahead to customer and store needs by learning the store layout, flow, and regular customer preferences.
- Deliver friendly, memorable service by building real connections and putting the customer first.
- Keep the work area tidy, organised, and ready for both customers and partners.
What to expect
No previous barista experience is required. The main requirement is a genuine enthusiasm for customer service and for creating positive moments for guests. The role involves making handcrafted drinks, getting to know customers, and helping make each visit feel personal.
Working pattern
Store hours may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends, depending on business needs.
