Responsibilities

• Create high-quality beverages and food items according to standard and customized recipes.
• Engage warmly with customers, understanding and responding to their needs through clear communication.
• Maintain an organized, clean workspace while ensuring store safety and security.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly and adhere to store operational policies.
• Be adaptable by performing various tasks throughout each shift in a fast-paced setting.
• Contribute positively as part of a team and help foster a welcoming environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• No prior experience needed—on-the-job training provided.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality, with flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A quick learner who can follow both oral and written instructions accurately.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and collaborate effectively with others.
• Commitment to delivering quality product and service.
