Responsibilities

• Deliver warm and skillfully prepared beverages and food items that meet Starbucks quality standards.
• Contribute to a friendly and engaging customer experience through excellent communication and attentiveness.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily store operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace following all store safety policies.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Adapt quickly to different tasks throughout each shift, supporting store needs as they arise.

Requirements

• Demonstrate a people-oriented approach and enjoy interacting with customers and colleagues.
• Be a strong team player with a willingness to learn new skills, including beverage recipes and store procedures.
• Maintain punctuality and regular attendance, with readiness to work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Practice clear communication skills and the ability to follow both oral and written instructions effectively.
• Commit to upholding store policies related to quality, safety, and security with or without reasonable accommodations.
