The Merrion, a luxury hotel in Dublin, is hiring a full-time Barista / Pantry Porter. The property is centrally positioned and is easy to reach by public transport. Key duties

• Manage requisitions and stock levels
• Prepare the pantry and service area for daily operations
• Wash and clean dishes
• Work with the service team to support food delivery
• Coordinate with the kitchen as needed
• Keep hygiene standards consistently high

Candidate profile

The right person will have knowledge and practical ability in tea and coffee service, a strong guest-oriented mindset, and good verbal and written English. The role also calls for effective communication, the ability to handle several tasks at once, and a positive attitude that fits The Merrion’s service culture. Since guest and business needs can change, flexibility is essential and no two days will be the same.

Working conditions

Shift work is required for this position, and the successful candidate must be flexible in their approach to hours and duties.
