About the role
Andaz Munich Schwabinger Tor is part of Hyatt Hotels and opened in February 2019 in Munich’s new Schwabing Gate district. The hotel features 234 guest rooms, 43 suites, three restaurants, a rooftop bar, an event area, and Munich’s largest spa and wellness space. The team places strong emphasis on warm hospitality, mutual respect, empathy, and enjoying the work while caring for guests.
What you will do
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests during their time in the Bicicletta Café.
- Prepare a range of coffee specialties and other beverages.
- Handle the preparation and presentation of food items.
- Support the onboarding of new team members, apprentices, and temporary staff, and help keep the team motivated.
- Represent the Andaz brand as part of a committed and highly driven team with your own personal style.
- Assist with taking orders and processing billing.
- Maintain a clean, tidy workspace while following hygiene and quality requirements.
What we are looking for

- Solid knowledge of coffee varieties and roasting, plus the operation and maintenance of coffee machines.
