Barista / Coffee Maker

Role Overview

Bright Hospitality Private Limited is hiring baristas for its Espressos AnyDay brand in Mohali, Chandigarh. The opening includes both Barista and Jr. Barista roles, with a total of 3 positions available.

Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso-based drinks and other beverages following the company’s standard recipes.
• Steam milk and manage drink presentation with consistency and quality.
• Keep the coffee machine, workstation, and surrounding area clean and well maintained.
• Support stock control by assisting with inventory checks and replenishment of supplies.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and operational guidelines at the workplace.

Eligibility and Experience

Candidates should hold a certificate or diploma in Barista training or F&B operations. A degree in hospitality will be considered an advantage. Experience required is 0–1 year for Jr. Barista roles and 1–3 years for Sr. Barista roles. Applicants should have strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Work Conditions

• Work location: HLP, Galleria, Mohali, Chandigarh
• Employment type: Full-time, office-based role
• Working pattern: 6 days a week with flexible shifts
• May be required to work late evenings and weekends depending on business needs
• Local and occasional outstation travel may be needed, though not extensively
• Preferred applicants are those with relevant experience in the same field and from the local market
• Candidates based in Mohali or Chandigarh, or those ready to relocate, are preferred
• Role level: Mid-level, but important to operations
• Immediate joiners are preferred
