The role suits someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in detail, and wants to make a meaningful difference in a modern banking environment.
What you will do
- Deliver friendly in-person support to customers with their banking needs.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other routine transactions accurately.
- Assist customers with account-related questions and digital banking help.
- Keep records up to date and work within banking policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Look for practical ways to improve efficiency and raise the quality of service.
What we are looking for
- A strong eye for detail and confidence working with numbers.
- Administrative and technical capability suited to banking operations.
- Clear customer service skills and a helpful, professional approach.
- The ability to work well as part of a team in a supportive environment.
- A willingness to learn; you do not need to meet every requirement to be considered.

From February 2027, the role changes to a permanent 24-hour week covering Monday, Friday, and Saturday from 08:00 to 16:30.
Benefits
- Part of a positive, people-focused and supportive workplace.
- Access to excellent benefits, including wellbeing days.
- Subsidised banking and insurance benefits.
- Strong learning and development opportunities.
- Opportunities for growth and career progression within the organisation.
