Job Role

This full-time, on-location position involves preparing and baking a range of bakery products such as bread, cookies, pastries, and other items according to established recipes and quality criteria. Daily responsibilities include accurately measuring and blending ingredients, operating bakery equipment and ovens, monitoring baking progress, and ensuring products are attractively presented. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the bakery workspace, adhering strictly to food safety regulations, and managing inventory, storage, and ingredient rotation are also key duties. Collaboration with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely availability of bakery products for guests is essential.

Qualifications and Skills

• Basic bakery skills with experience in commercial or hotel baking environments.
• Familiarity with culinary food preparation techniques and food safety protocols.
• Ability to consistently prepare quality baked goods including cookies and bread.
• Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation practices compliant with local food safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail, effective time management, and thriving in a dynamic kitchen environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts such as early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in hotels, restaurants, or commercial bakeries is advantageous.
