Role Overview

We are looking to expand our team with enthusiastic Production Workers for casual ongoing positions. Our large operation comprises over 200 workers arranged in 22 specialized teams, running production across a 24-hour operational roster.

Available Roles and Responsibilities

• Night Cook: Prepare pie fillings by following recipes, ensuring readiness for day teams to assemble and bake the pies the following day. The schedule is Sunday to Thursday with shifts starting at 8 or 9 pm and finishing at 4 am.
• Pastry Team: Manage ingredient weighing and scaling, as well as laminating and sheeting pastry.
• Cooling / Esky Role: Handle and store baked goods, restack pallets, monitor product temperatures, and assist the Tipping Team as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Dependable and open to full-time work hours.
• Physically capable for manual handling and standing for extended periods.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving food production setting.
• Meticulous attention to food quality and safety standards.
• A positive, cooperative attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Previous experience in bakeries, food manufacturing, meat processing, or commercial kitchens is a plus but not obligatory; training will be provided.
