Role overview
Woolworths Group is looking for an experienced Baker to join its busy bakery team in Frankston, Victoria. This is a full-time onsite position with early morning shifts, giving you afternoons free. The roster runs from Wednesday to Saturday, with working hours from 3:00 AM to 1:00 PM each day.

You will help produce fresh, high-quality baked goods for the local community while working in a fast-moving environment. The position suits someone who enjoys hands-on baking, values teamwork, and wants to keep developing both technical and leadership skills.
Key duties
- Turn Woolworths’ Everyday ACTs - Acknowledge, Care and Thank - into positive customer experiences through the products you create.
- Maintain strong food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring work areas remain clean, organised, and ready for audit checks.
- Assist in guiding and supporting the team while contributing to a workplace culture focused on wellbeing, resilience, and shared achievement.
- Continue building your baking knowledge and leadership capability through ongoing learning and curiosity.
- Work confidently in a high-pressure setting and manage the physical demands, pace, and deadlines of a commercial bakery.
