Role Summary

We are seeking an Entry-Level Back Office Quality Analyst to conduct remote evaluations of photovoltaic (PV) solar system installations, ensuring adherence to quality and technical standards. This position offers a chance to contribute to clean energy advancements and gain experience in a vibrant international company.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote assessments of solar installation projects to verify quality compliance.
• Carry out detailed quality control checks against technical benchmarks.
• Detect areas for process improvements in installation procedures.
• Work collaboratively with engineering and installation departments to enhance outcomes.
• Maintain and document quality reports and findings systematically.

Qualifications and Eligibility

• Proficient in English; knowledge of German is advantageous.
• Basic computer literacy is required.
• Strong interest in technical or engineering domains.
• Recent graduates in engineering or relevant disciplines preferred.
• Candidates from other academic backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
• No prior work experience necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.

Working Conditions and Benefits

• Full-time position based in a modern open-space office in Tirana, Albania.
• Second shift working hours: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
• Annual gross salary of 770,000 ALL plus a variable bonus of 100,000 ALL.
