You will be part of a collaborative, mission-focused environment where financial strategy, governance, and continuous improvement are central.

- Direct annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, financial planning, and scenario modeling to align with business goals.
- Work with operational leaders to assess service line profitability, capacity planning, cost drivers, and growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax professionals, and other finance vendors and advisors.
- Partner with analytics teams to ensure dashboards, reports, and performance metrics are reliable and decision-ready.
- Manage operational finance areas such as insurance, vendor spend analysis, lease administration, and financial risk oversight.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members across accounting, accounts payable, and purchasing.
- Contribute to strategic work including board materials, investor reporting, M&A diligence, process improvement, and expansion into new markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is required; an MBA is preferred.
- CPA certification is strongly preferred.
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, including 3 or more years in a senior leadership, controller, or similar finance management role.
- Background in healthcare, behavioral health, multi-site operations, or other complex multi-entity settings is strongly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, consolidations, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and compliance.
- Advanced Excel capability and experience with ERP, accounting, and financial planning tools.
- Exposure to systems such as Sage, NetSuite, Zoho, or comparable finance platforms is preferred.
- Experience with dashboards, BI tools, or data visualization software to communicate performance effectively.
- Strong leadership presence, business partnering ability, communication skills, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, guide teams, and support strategic organizational initiatives.
Benefits and compensation

- This is a fully remote role for candidates based in the United States.
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage are provided.
- Retirement savings plan available.
- Paid time off and company holidays are included.
- Both company-paid and voluntary employee benefits are offered.
- Opportunity to work closely with executive leadership and help shape organizational strategy.
- Supportive, mission-driven culture with room for professional growth and meaningful impact.
- Occasional travel may be required to corporate offices and operational sites as needed.
