Job description
Role overview
You will join a company engaged in the development, manufacturing, and sales of automotive components. The position centers on producing vehicle parts through a range of shop-floor processes.
What you will do
- Assemble parts using electric screwdrivers and machinery, handling items from palm-sized pieces to larger components in sequence.
- Operate processing equipment by loading gears into machines, then verify groove depth with dedicated measuring tools after machining.
- Support heat-treatment work by placing small parts into a large oven, then visually inspecting them while rotating them after cooling.
- Carry out casting-related tasks by removing excess material from molded parts and checking for surface defects while rolling them on a table.
- Handle cast items weighing up to 15 kg, but only by moving them between tables rather than lifting them continuously.
- Work to a production pace of about one item every 3 minutes, or roughly 20 items per hour.
- Assist with forging operations by supporting the heating of bar-shaped metal and press forming, as well as inspecting finished products for shape issues.
- Perform common support tasks such as cleaning out iron residue left inside the furnace used for casting, forging, and heat treatment, using a long rod of about 2 meters.
