About the Role
This critical and unique opportunity is within a dynamic dealership accounting office. We are seeking a bright, motivated, and energetic professional to join our world-class team, contributing to a fantastic and diligent team environment focused on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Posting deals and managing vehicle floor plan payoffs.
- Handling lien payoffs for traded vehicles.
- Processing commissions and generating daily delivery reports for outstanding receivables.
- Breaking down deals and reviewing vehicle and receivable information.
- Managing used vehicle purchases and preparing incentive charge-backs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working in an automotive dealership accounting office is mandatory.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an accounting role.
- Must possess a positive attitude and an outgoing personality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively.
