Automation Engineer

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to lead a team dedicated to designing, developing, and sustaining automated testing scripts primarily using Selenium WebDriver. This role demands collaboration across various departments to comprehend requirements and deliver effective solutions for business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Steer a team of automation engineers in crafting and maintaining automated test scripts leveraging Selenium WebDriver technology.
• Engage with cross-functional groups to gather requirements and devise implementations aligning with company goals.
• Create and carry out thorough test plans, test cases, and defect documentation to uphold superior software quality standards.
• Offer technical mentorship and leadership to junior automation testers, inculcating best practices in test automation.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Between five to seven years of experience within the IT services and consulting domain serving as an Automation Engineer or in a Team Lead capacity.
• Demonstrated strong skills and expertise in automating web applications via Selenium WebDriver.
• Established success in leading teams and managing projects through their entire life cycle, from initiation to final delivery.
