Job description
Role Overview
The Athletic Director will oversee and coordinate the district’s sports program for students in grades 7 through 12. This role also includes ensuring that all athletic activities and operations follow the requirements set out in the Athletic Handbook.
Compensation
This position is offered on a 242-day contract, with a salary range of $122,226 to $148,405.

Qualifications
- Relevant experience is required.
- A valid first aid credential along with related training is necessary.
- An administrative license is preferred.
- Other equivalent qualifications may be accepted at the discretion of the Superintendent and/or Board of Education.
- The ability to collaborate well with different stakeholders is important.
- Strong oral and written communication skills are required to present ideas and instructions clearly.
- Active listening skills are expected.
- Good organization and problem-solving abilities are needed.
- Working knowledge of athletics is essential.
- Familiarity with facility upkeep, vehicles, outdoor fields, and associated construction projects is also expected.
